• LOCATION & PARKING: The Profinium Building is located on the corner of Riverfront Dr and Warren St in downtown Mankato. There are two glass buildings on the block with a public parking ramp in between. You can enter the ramp via Warren St, Riverfront Dr or Cherry St. The door to the Profinium building is by the drive-up ATM on the entrance floor. If there is no parking on that level, follow the ramp past the gate arm to the second floor and park near the glass door. The gate code is 7388 and will allow you to enter and exit for free.

• WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Come on up to 3rd Floor/ Workspace On 3. Feel free to wait in the lobby area by the elevators. We’ll come greet you at our appointment time.

• IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS BEFORE 8:30AM OR AFTER 5 PM: The elevators to the 3rd floor will be locked. Please come up the parking ramp and park on the 2nd Floor by the Workspace on 3 door. You'll need a key fob to enter, thus, please wait in your car or by the door and your therapist will meet you.

• PARKING RAMP ARM is usually up and no ticket it needed. If it is down, please enter code 7388. This will allow you to enter/ exit the ramp without paying for it.
