Mary is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota, offering in-person and telehealth therapy. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Child Advocacy Studies from Winona State University in 2019 and completed her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University – Mankato in 2022.
Mary has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing concerns such as significant life transitions, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQIA+ stressors/challenges, gender dysphoria, substance abuse, ADHD, stress management, and grief/loss. Mary takes a holistic approach in her counseling, aiming to create a welcoming and affirming space for clients to be their authentic selves, identify their strengths, and make positive changes. Mary enjoys spending time with her wife and their growing number of pets, as well as being with friends and family, exploring nature, hiking and camping with her dogs, attending concerts or musical events, and cooking.
