Megan Pahl, MS
Therapist

Megan has her Master’s in counseling, under supervision she is working towards becoming a Minnesota board certified licensed practicing clinical counselor (LPCC).  She has worked primarily within the higher education setting, working with individuals including athletes, those within the LGBTQ+ community and those living with various mental health disorders. She has worked diligently to help clients with their physical, emotional, and mental health needs.  

 

Megan has an interest in working with individuals with anxiety, life traumas, depression, life transitions, stress, domestic abuse, and grief. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) within her work and continues to grow and expand her knowledge through ongoing education.  

Originally from Rochester, MN she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and getting to know new people. Megan is excited to start this new journey with North Counseling and to help individuals in the greater Mankato area.
