Business profile1.jpg

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working within clinical practice for over 15 years. I enjoy working with families, couples, and individuals. I have worked with clients struggling with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, parenting related issues, sexuality concerns, addictions, and multicultural family systems.

The decision to start therapy takes courage and vulnerability. Whether you are experiencing trauma, a major life transition, or looking for a connected space to receive support, I am honored to walk alongside you during your journey. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a systemic and attachment lens when working with clients drawing on the past to create meaningful changes for the future. I believe learning about how my client’s culture, community, and family of origin have impacted their development and world view is critical for growth to occur.

I view therapy as an active, collaborative process that can lead to healing and growth. My style infuses skill building, metaphorical language, sensory and bodily focuses. I want to help people discover themselves in their change process and find new ways of healthier coping.

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and 3 children. I enjoy holistic wellness, meditation, yoga, working out, cooking, taking adventures, and enjoying a great cup of coffee by a fireplace reading a book…. My mantra “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible.”
