Therapist
Welcome! Choosing to pursue healing and growth through therapy takes courage and self-awareness. I’m so glad you’re here and ready to begin this journey.
As a therapist, my goal is to empower clients to honor and accept themselves and their lived experiences. I believe that through self-understanding and compassion, we cultivate confidence in our resilience, inner strength, and capacity for meaningful growth. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic space where you feel seen, heard, and respected.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and body-centered. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT). Together, we identify meaningful goals and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want.
I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and suicidal ideation or self-harm. I work collaboratively with you to build on your existing strengths and foster the growth you’re seeking.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in nature, connecting with loved ones, reading, crocheting, and doing puzzles.
I offer individual and family therapy, including services for children of all ages. I am DC:0–5 trained and provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
