Lindsey Vetter, MS, LPCC
Therapist
Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Lindsey enjoys working with a variety of people including children, families, individuals and couples. She has particular interest in working with moms and specifically expecting mothers or mothers in the postpartum phase of life.
Lindsey believes in the power of connection as a vessel towards healing. She operates from a place of believing in people’s inherent value and worth, capable of growth and change. Lindsey provides a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to process through painful experiences that may inhibit growth or cause imbalance in life. She uses an interpersonal approach to therapy, relying on Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients find an increased sense of purpose and satisfaction within themselves and in life. Everyone needs reminders about how to keep what is important in the front seat instead of in the rearview mirror. Lindsey helps people rediscover what matters most and how to live a life that reflects your truth.
In her free time, Lindsey loves spending time with her two rambunctious children, husband and English Bulldog. She also enjoys camping, traveling, meditating, and jamming to her favorite tunes.
